What’s New in Results-Based Management: An Insider’s Perspective from Global Affairs Canada

*Please note this webinar will be facilitated in English with simultaneous French interpretation. The facilitator will be happy to receive questions in French.

The webinar will present new developments in Results-Based Management from the perspective of Global Affairs Canada. This timely webinar will be facilitated by Lucas Ladurantaye, Acting Deputy Director of the Results-Based Management Centre of Excellence (RBMCE) at Global Affairs Canada. Lucas will go in-depth over new developments that will impact organizations planning to apply for Global Affairs Canada funding, including how to navigate the application process, as well as the funder’s expectations.

In this webinar, participants will learn how to:

  • Effectively apply for Global Affairs Canada funding;
  • Manage international assistance projects, and;
  • Report on results.

About the Facilitator:

Lucas Ladurantaye, Acting Deputy Director
Results-Based Management Centre of Excellence, Global Affairs Canada

Lucas and the team at the RBMCE are responsible for developing policy, methodology and guidance for RBM at Global Affairs Canada. Lucas is responsible for ensuring that RBM is applied consistently and effectively across the Department’s International Assistance Funding Envelope, worth more than $3 billion. As a part of GAC’s International Assistance Operations Bureau, Lucas is also involved in operationalizing Canada’s new Feminist International Assistance Policy as well as implementing the recommendations from the 2016 International Assistance Review.
